Hi Tom,

Reach out to me by email jstarets@smartreply.com with your contact information. I don't get the chance to do as many posts on here as I'd like but could return a phone call or email much quicker.

Just remind me of why you're writing: Posted on your blog about wireless loyalty. I'll get right back to you!

Glad it caught your interest!

Jon

Can you give an example of a store that uses this and how it works? My wife wanted to give me a "man bag" for Christmas. I don't think so. I like loyalty progs, but opt out of most due to the wallet size factor.

Thanks for the information - I had not yet heard about these phone-based programs.

-Tom
